The following persons are appointed as First Trustees.

1. K.Karuthapandi aged 43 years and residing at No 1/246 Second Street Rajiv Gandhi Nagar Vengambakkam (Via) Vandalur Chennai – 600127

2. K. vasanthi aged by 39 years and residing at No 1/246 Second Street Rajiv Gandhi Nagar Vengambakkam (Via) Vandalur Chennai – 600127

The majority of the Board of Trustees in a meeting can appoint trustees and it can appoint maximum of twelve people to the Board of Trustees. Such appointed Trustees will have all the powers as that of the First Trustees and such appointment will be for a maximum period of five years and they will be eligible for re-appointment.

The above trustees are permanent trustees and can hold their office till their life time unless they resign of their own accord. Any Trustee can voluntarily demit the office of the trusteeship by conveying the same in writing to the Permanent Trustees and such communication shall be placed before the Board of Trustees for information.

On the death or incapacity of any one of the Trustees, the other existing Trustees can co-opt for such post who will hold the office of a Trustee as that of others. Either on death, retirement or incapacity under law, the remaining Trustees can appoint one more Trustee in that place or the Trustee can himself nominate any person, in advance as his Successor.

POWERS OF THE TRUSTEES

1) To open one or more bank accounts in the name and for the Trust anywhere in India in the Schedule Banks and the Managing and / or any one of the other Trustees who is nominated by the Board of Trustees shall have the power to operate the same either jointly or severally.

2) To invest funds of the Trust in any movable or immovable properties and further will have the power to sell or vary such investments according to their discretion from time to time. However, the pattern of investment will not deviate from the provisions of sec. 13 ( i ) (d) read with sec. 11(5) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 as applicable from time to time to public charitable institutions.

3) To sell, mortgage, lease or create any charges on the whole or any part of the property for attaining the objects of the Trust in their absolute discretion.

4) To execute such power of attorney or attorneys to any person or persons for the purpose of executing and administering the whole or any part of the Trust and by delegation of his power to such Attorney or Attorneys shall only be for the purposes of conventionally, efficiently and advantageously administering the properties of the Trust and for the attainment of the objects of the Trust.

5) To do all such acts and things as are necessary for the control and management of the affairs of the Trust and for the purposes of attainment of the objects of the Trust.

6) To raise such loan or loans for the benefit of the Trust and shall have the power to sign such Promissory Notes, Bills of Exchange, Hundies and any other documents that may be necessary for and on behalf of the Trust.

7) To incur all such expenses as necessary for the execution of the Trust and powers of these present.

8) If the trustees employ themselves in the Charitable Trust as Administrator, they will be paid remuneration according to the market conditions.

9) To make and alter the rules and regulations of the Trust for the better management and administration of the Trust.

10) To raise donations and accept gifts or contributions in cash or in kind.

11) To appoint employees / clerks / managers, etc., as may be necessary for the proper management and administration of the Trust as such remuneration / commission or salary as may be proper from time to time and dismiss / discharge such personnel appointed and to appoint and employ any others in their places.

12) To decide on matters relating to the objects and purposes of the Trust, and to spend the funds of the Trust for those purposes.

13) To settle, compromise or compound all and any of the debts, claims, outstanding amounts, disputes, demands, auctions, suits and proceedings whatsoever by or against in any manner relating to the Trust or refer the same to Arbitration.
